In that case, you should be able to add three small fish at the same time without worrying about overtaxing your biological filtration.

I think its gonna be close and you will have to wait and see when they grow up to see if it really worked. Did you know that most LFS's pay more for larger fish?;)

If you introduce them all at once it won't be a problem. Most of the time the yellow tang is the more aggressive. They will bully other larger fish put in later.. Usually it's only for a few days then they get along fine. My yellow tang did not like the foxface or pink anthias. He actually ripped skin off of the foxface. After a few days they were all fine together.
So just so you know the same body type thing doesn't mean there won't be a fight if the body types are different. Also I would think it depends on the tank size.. I have a big tank if the tank was smaller maybe the fighting would have continued.. your mileage may vary.

I think the hippo and kole would go in first in either order then the yellow or put them all in at the same time. They are basically 3 different con-species. I would also make them your last entry into your tank. You don't want to be adding other fish later especially with the yellow tang. With me it's the purple tang. I added a larger sohal tang later after my kole died with no real problems. He actually is aggressive by his own right. He chases the hippo sometimes.

Many tangs, especially bristletooth tangs do not fare very well in QT.

SInce the Kole is a bristletooth, you might as well add at least the kole right to the tank.

I have a pretty large sailfin in my 90g for several months, and I added a kole only about 2 and a half weeks back.

The maroon clown was more of an issue to the kole than the sailfin. As a matter of fact, the kole and the sailfin are buddies now.

It is all good provided any fish stays away from the 2 BTA's the big maroon hosts in.
