    I had a fine experience with them, I just got some snails from them though, nothing major.
    Also refunds without shipping is pretty standard in the hobby from what I've seen. It sucks but it's neither here nor there. :)

    Also the acclimation kit etc is worth about $1 in parts, still kinda nice of them to include it though.
