    when is that beast going to be ready for water etc? Blumoon?

    thats a fantastic size to work with IMO

    Sooner than the next Blue Moon::)

    Actually we are shooting for sometime in September. We got a lot of things to do before then and by "we" I mean Mr. Blumoon has a lot of things he needs to do.....working on the fish room today.

    Time for an update from Mr. Blumoon. Unfortunately, we don't have a basement or an adjoining room......we do have a small mudroom that I have claimed for a fish room, despite what the Mrs. might want...

    The room is about 10x8 and is about 40 ft from the 150 reef and 20 feet from the new 265.

    My plan is to plumb ATO and water change system under the house in the crawl space. Today's project was to add some shelving and get stuff off of the floor and out of the way.

    Next weekends project will be to build a platform for the vats and install RO/DI.

    Mr. Blumoon picked up the RO/DI unit from e-bay and so far, we are pretty impressed.
