I have recently set up my first saltwater tank. A Innovative Marine Nuvo 38gal all in one with 92w Skyye LED. Added 42lbs of live cured rock and 40lbs of live sand.

I have added a hydor slim skin nano and tunze osmolator. I turned one of the filter containers into a chaeto refugium with a Nano glow magnetic refugium light and added a pair of 2row cooling fans and 150w heater.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Very cool, I like the lighter backround.

LOL at the arrow crab in isolation.

    Welcome to 3reef.

The cooling fans are UP Aqua 2 Row flexible aquarium cooling fans, a pair. They are a bit loud but work well. They fit the tank perfectly and their angle can be adjusted. I run my tank without a top but they can be adjusted directly down to blow onto sump area if u run the top. The fans work well and can cool the tank off a full degree in 10-15min with both on.

The only other think that I am thinking of adding a Aquamedic kalkwasser stirrer 1000 but may not have enough room in stand. What do you all think?

I would suggest moving the electrical to the right side and mount it with wood screws to the back and side of the cabinet. That way you have the bottom of the left side available.

    Hey Jim,
I will do exactly that. I just set up my apex controller- much neater setup. I put it on the top shelf on left but agree- would be better screwed into cabinet on R side.

    ATO bottle

In looking at your pics of the open cabinet, please provide additional information on the container you are using for ATO water. Size and where you purchased it would be appreciated. I could only find a 2 gallon bucket from Home Depot (food grade). Your container looks like it might be a 3 gallon typically used for RO/DI.
