BorntoReef's 8g Biocube!!

I knew this was going to be fun, hard, and exciting when i ordered the $287 package including my Biocube 8. When i first got it, I ripped open the packaging and started setting it up. It was amazing. The next weekend, me and my mom went to buy some liverock. Armed with $75 I was ready.

note: cured, doesn't mean cured at Petco
I bought two large "Pre-Cured" pieces of live rock. Thinking it was truly precured, and being naive enough, I bought my first fish, WITH MY LIVE ROCK. Stupid, huh? I bought a Lawnmower Blenny! Hahaha, remember, Petco says things they don't really mean, ya know? I bought the Lawnmower Blenny for $20, thinking it was a Lawnmower Blenny. But when I got home, I realized I paid $11 extra, I bought a Scooter Blenny on accident.

So, with a Scooter Blenny and around 10 pounds of live rock, I set off home, satisfied. I unpackaged the live rock and hastily placed it in the tank (Pictures below.) I acclimated the Blenny and placed him in, everything settled nicely.

The picture of the liverock was right after my diatom outbreak started.
