Bought Cheato covered with ....

Consider your mini brittle stars as a part of your clean up crew. They are 100% reef safe. Also, the big brittle and serpent stars are generally reef safe. I know the green serpent stars are notorious for eating fish, but the rest are usually reef safe.

I have a lot of these in my tank, the ones in the display are black and brown, and the ones in the sump are albino white. I have a feeling these are both the same species, but the ones in the sump only get the light for the chaeto.
