    hey eddy good luck with the tank. I and most biocube owners ( i believe) feel as if you raise the water in the back of the tank above the recommended water level the bubbles will stop coming through the pump into the display.

    Maybe I am being impatient, I did raise the level above, and the bubbles are still blowing out at a pretty stong pace. Do you think it is because there is air in the bio balls that is still being released? The dust is clearing very quickly though.

    I'm brand new here to although I'd have to say I am starting off alot smaller than you. 10gal. at about day three for me the water was crystal clear now I am just waiting for the amonia to go down.

    maybe the skimmer is putting out a lot of bubbles!?

    I think it was the air intake on the pump, I adjusted the swivel around the propeller and it seems to have cut the bubbles almost completely. At least I can see my great rocks now!! LOL
