    So I was at the lfs and picked up an open brain... No one was sure what kind it was. Its about 2.5-3 inches. and the cost was around 30 with tax! Any Ideas!?

    I don't like ID'ing corals by their color, there are so many different variations it is mind boggling :cheesy:. Really though, you have to look at the skeletal structure IMO.

    what about small welsos??? Im fairly new to brain corals... I know that a lobo starts off looking like a trachy to start but as it grows its clearly a lobo.
