Take a lid from a butter bowl and cut a peice to set between the brain and the rock it wont be bothered by the hardness from the rock

Just leave it go then. I have some acans that are touching the rock and they are fine. Moving it can damage the tissue as it can be hard to just grab the skeleton. I have put a hole in my Lobophyillia when I move it, but it healed up pretty quickly.

That's not a bad idea, but it doesn't appear to be bothered now, why try to fix something that's not broken?

Why put something agaisnt something that makes it uncomfortable. It isnt trying to fix something that isnt broken just giving the brain the comfort zone it needs to live happily.

WOW!! You need to listen to Tom more often . He is almost as big as your bubble! Your tank is thriving now, that is so cool! Congrats on moving him, he looks so happy :)

Is the birdsnest OK? I don't really hear you talk about it too much..

Well that's good. Easily maintained tanks are much more enjoyable :)

yup thats exactly how my tank is with no sump/fuge or any equipment to maintain nitrates and phosphates their both at 0, i dont dose and my alk and calcium is in normal range, only real piece of equipment is my skimmer, my rocks are spotless havent lost anything, except for chromis which dont really count, but i havent really had any issues what so ever, i think i have one of the easiest tanks on here as far as maintaining because i just basically let it sit and do its thing and just do a 5 gall WC once a week and thats pretty much it.

    Seems almost too easy :D
