I finding these all over my tank growing on my lr. Should I try to remove them or leave them be? What's the best way to rid them of my tank?

As your tank ages they will disappear. If your tank is older than 6 months and you're still seeing them than you're feeding too much. In other words just leave them.

I started the tank Oct 11 2013. So its only about 11 weeks old. Should I be worried about them hurting my corals?

I would be concerned is they are all over as you posted. They look like Sertularella hydroids. This article says you can use Panacur.

    Another good thread.

Remember that your hydroids may not look like those in the articles as there are several different types.

Regardless of type makes sure you are not over feeding. What fish types do you have?

All I'm feeding is algae wafers. Probably 1 or 2 per week. All my fish are in my qt. I have a cleaner shrimp a peppermint shrimp and about 12 hermit crabs and 12 snails. And a few different frags. Fish out be going back into the tank till mid Jan.

The link from RC that I posted had some members communicate that their Peppermint shrimp were eating them. Well through that idea out the window.
I'll look around for more interventions. It would be best to get this taken care of before you re-introduce the fish.
