wat is that big grey fish, he's pretty. will he not outgrow your tank? i too have a 29g nano and only fish i have is a ocellaris clown and a 6line. lookin into maybe a hector's goby cuz they stay small and eat GHA

I am not usually one for being part of the "tang police" but that system is wayyyy to small to have a that scopas in there. Looks beautiful but not a suitable home for it IMO.

agreed on the big beasty bring him back, otherwise your set up looks sweet!!! im not a fan of cubes to be honest (small space being my main issue) but your set up looks really good. but yea for the fishes sake get rid of the scopa, also the diamond goby will grow a little big for your set up :(.

+1, I would take him back to your LFS and see if you can trade him in for a smaller version. I know almost evryone one out there states tangs need large tanks for swimming space. This is entirely true but, while they are juviniles they don't need that much space; it would be okay in your tank for a little while but its size puts it on the limits. So, unless you have a larger tank for it I wouldn't keep that one.

Nice set up, my advice would be GO SLOW!!! Learn as much as you can read everything you can and talk to as many people in the hobby to get as many view points as possible about what you want to do.
I started a 14 gallon nano and packed it out. I had great live rock and sand but my little eyes were bigger than my tank and a little over a year later I now have that same 14 gallon as well as two 20 long reefs, a 40 breeder and a 55.

@Ashevillian, I have two Hector gobies and I have yet to see either of then eat any GHA, they do spend a lot of time working the sand though. Great fish to watch.

    Welcome to 3reef. : )
What type of filtration are you running? My concern is your Bio load. Lot'o fish for a nano...not say'n it wont work...just IMO, your pushing the limits a bit.
Good job on the Aquascape...looks great. Nice pix also. : )

Do your diamond goby and bicolor blenny have any issues with territory?
