Hi all... completely new to Marine tanks, been raising and breeding FW fish(mostly cichlids) for over 25 yrs, and have always been interested in salt water aquariums. I've learned to do all the research I can before I start a new hobby, and I hope to get the knowledge I need from you guys to make this a long and enjoyable hobby... looking forward to the addiction...lol.

welcome to 3reef! It is an expensive addiction :) but so rewarding. After keeping fresh and breeding, you are going to LOVE saltwater. I'll bet many if not most on here have been or still continue to keep fresh and planted tanks.
