Thanks! I will wait for the CUC until the tan is done cycling. I'd rather take it slow then try and rush things. Thanks!!

It looks like you have a good start. I really like the tidiness of under your cabinet. In response to your post about the table shrimp earlier; I would just toss it in and not keep it in a bag. This lets other critters besides bacteria at the shrimp like pods etc, and that will help decompose the shrimp faster. Keep an eye on your cycle and once ammonia and nitrites hit 0, I would put a CUC in provided your nitrate level isn't something crazy. If you have plants in your fuge already though nitrates shouldn't be an issue and you can add CUC as soon as ammonia and nitrite hit 0.

Thanks!! I put the shrimp in the micron bag so it would be easy to remove it at a later date. Makes sense to keep it out of the back...I have pods on the glass already crawling around. :) I'm sure they would love to pick at the shrimp. Not onl that, the micron bag is getting all fuzzy now. lol I have a little cleaning up to do with the power cords and such in the sump/fuge area.

I have not put in my macro algae yet which will be Chateo and maybe some red gracilaria. Should I add this when I start to show nitrates or wait to cycle for that also?

Thanks again to all for your great comments!!
