    Brightwell Aquatics Salt?

Has anyone used the Brightwell Aquatics NeoMarine salt? I'm dissatisfied with my Instant Ocean salt and plan to change brands. I've had good luck with other Brightwell products.

I'm curious to see what people think of this salt mix too. My local club members have asked about only to get zero feedback. I guess it's soo new, not many have tried it yet..

It seems that way. I am going to place an order for a 50 gallons of the salt and give it a try.

I like the way it list the sulfate and chloride levels. I think mine are out of whack from not doing a water change for over a month while adding Epsom salt and calcium chloride. No way to test it though.

It seems like a really good salt mix. I use some of their supplements and Phytochrom and have good results. There seems to be some speculation on the numbers as it's apparently too close to natural seawater levels and folks are saying they can't be accurate. I don't see anyone talking from experience though.

There is a guy in my club that has it out for Chris Brightwell, he rips all his products and has been blasting the salt saying its too close to NSW its unfeasible... Well ok, if you don't like the guy fine... But in our hand outs we get from IO they stated the same garbage that their salt is right on NSW levels too..? Weird how he didn't blast IO?

I use Red Sea and am pleased with it. As far as the big three are concerned it reads closest to NSW levels... Others such as Oceanic Have high Ca(470) and lower Mg(1140)
    RSCP is good also.

Good information. What's the MG and CA and alk levels after mixing for Red Sea? Also, do you use the coral pro or standard salt from red sea?

I have not used it...I think it is too new like you said. My LFS just got it in and it is EXPENSIVE! It was $36.00 for a 50 gallon bag! OUCH!

I love Brightwell products though and it might be high price because my LFS just started carrying the product line, dont know!
