So I had this caulerpa in my tank and it started growing all over the tank like a disease.. So I ripped it all out..but some was stuck to my live rock and it started growing this nasty looking and nasty smelly green algae all over my live rock.. So I took out like 40% of my live rock out of the tank gave it a nice scrub with a good brush and soak them in hot water..

Now my question is if I bring them all back will it scew up the balance of my tank.. Or do I need to cycle my tank again? Or is it safe to put them back..
I have low reef and 2clowns

Since you took so much out, I'm actually surprised you didn't have a small cycle as you took out 40% of the bacteria population. Anyways, I would cycle it in a separate container, then add it. Or you can add small amounts, but that depends on how much you have in your tank right now.

Also, before you put it back in or start to cycle it, I would soak it in some bleach. I"ve seen caulerpa come back from just hot water.

+1 I'm also pretty sure that the caulerpra will grow back because you only removed some of your rock and not all of it.
