    As long as it's not sleeping with the wife/husband/SO you should be ok, just pick it and put it back in the tank. Don't wake it up, and do wear gloves.

    You'll want to make sure no bristles were left in the sheets...

    well I just checked my tank. I just seen a eurythoe smaller sized worm. it had the orange/blue back with white bristles. but I remember a while back I seen a 4"+ Hermodice carunculata brown worm. I hear those are bad. should I worry?
