    Dont know how its spelled but think think will trying to clean my tank after my short army vacation (i.e. school) i found a bristle worm in my tank is this him? and should he be removed he was under the rock near my nem when i picked the rock up?

    Yeah thats a bristle worm. Personally i would not remove it, they dig through the sand bed and help out with detritus. If you do plan on taking it out be very careful these little guys pack a punch that will leave your hand aching for days.
