    I got 1 brittle strand now I got a bunch of smal ones do think they will survive wi there be cometition between each other

    If they are the micro brittle stars they are pretty hardy. Some will make it threw a cycle. They reproduce readily in tanks that recieve more food.

    And l only had one so does that mean they r asexual?

    Are you referring to the little ones that you can see with their legs hanging out of the rockwork ? If so you probably have more that you just to not see. They usually hitch-hike in on frags and liverock. They are broad cast spawners.

    Well I got a big one and now i just noticed all the small ones while feeding

    They occupy different places in the tank and there should not be competition. I would rather have a million of the little ones than one large one.
