    could just be some type of micro colonial feather dusters... i have a few of these

    The reason I don't think they're feather dusters is because they arnt a ring of hairs they're a white head that's covered around the edges and over the top

    Vermentid worms shoot a stringy web out to catch food,no real harm,but some find them annoying as the web can land on corals and aggravate them.
