brown thing

    this came on a rock with one of my leathers. it kind of looks like the stump of something that was cut off. it does slightly swell when the lights are on and deflate at lights out.

    any ideas?

    Pic's dont depict it well, in 'real life' it looks more like the stump of something. i have no clue, may be a mushroom.

    does it close up or position change ever also touch it is it hard or soft

    i have not touch it yet but it does not move or close up, just kind of deflates when the lights are out. it is more like it swells up when light are on rather than opening, kind of like a soft leather does.
