That is totally normal. You will see a few types of algae during the cycle process.

I think this brown/ yellow algae will be diatoms. Diatoms use silicates to construct their skeletons and silicates are often avialable in new set ups from the new plastics etc

they require no treatment what so ever - once they have used up all the silicate they stop growing and they dissapear

typically when a diatom phase is over, your tank goes back to looking as clean as it did the day you set it up

IME diatoms last between 4 - 6 weeks ( but this depends on silicates present)

IME - it gets a lot worse before it gets better, so dont panic - my current tank looked like someone had poured coco powder in it, everything was brown, rocks, sand and tank walls

the bubbles are also part of the cycling process and nothing to worry about

Its either oxygen being released by algea as it photosynthesis or its escaping nitrogen gas from the sand bed as the bacteria converts nitrate into nitrogen gas

get some pictures up if your overly worried - but it seems normal to me based on my experience

Clean up crews can help the cycle,,just dont add fish for two or three months . Let the Cycle happen and then check parimeters. I always wait to add fish unless im using Aged water from another tank and Live rock or small amount of sand with nes from old stable tank.
