Anyone had any experience with the deluxe reactors? Are they worth it over the regular model? I see they have a bleed valve for air, seems like it might be helpful.

I plan on plumbing two of these into my system off the return line.

I currently have two of these. They are both very sturdy and well made. I am not quite sure if they are worth more then the regular versions as I do not have a problem with air building up that I use the bleed valves all that often. Its helpful yes and if I could do it again I would get the deluxe cause its a nice feature to have. I believe they are slightly bigger then the base models right?

Sounds good. I was leaning that way. Seems like they are actually a little compact if you look at the dimensions. I would think they're all using the same cartridge. Did you plumb yours?

BRS reactors are some of the better reactors out there. Have heard a lot of good feedback about them.

I did not plumb these directly into my return line. I had an extra Maxijet I just plopped into my sump portion and it feeds it. I was going to plumb it but it was going to cost me an extra 10 bucks for the parts and I already had a free Maxijet. the most important thing is it works!
