Im using Mg to kiil an outbreak of bryopsis in my reef tank and want to know if I inject the solution directly in to the patches will that be more effective. So far it is definitely killing the cursed algae but the thought occured to me and i figured itd be best to ask first;D

you should be slowly raising your Mg in the system 100-150ppm MAX per day. dont add full strength Tech M to any part if you have livestock because it might tick them off even kill them in rare cases.

I saw aomewhere where a reefer did the injection and it did speed up the process a bit. Increase your skimmer to a wet skim to remove as much dead material as possible before the bryopsis uses it to grow.
