Thank you guys so much for your input. I'm definitely gonna go with the Tech M. I started reading another thread about the same prob but it made me think of something else... what about my corals? I'm pretty sure I read that it was safe but another user reported that a couple of her pieces, the ones that were particularly affected by the bryopsis, were negatively affected by the treatment. Not like they'd died but were real unhappy afterwards and needed a little care. This concerns me b/c I'm not the experienced reefer and don't know that I'd be able to nurse a piece back to health. :-/ I certainly don't want to lose anything.

The only problem I had with corals were the Duncans closed up at 1,800, and the tips burned slightly at 2,000. I had another tank to transfer them to at the time.

Seeing as how they're one of my faves, I can do that... move them I mean. I have a 24 gal nano with adequate lighting but not enough flow. Ive been looking for suggestions on what to purchase for that prob too.

Definitely get going on tech m. Bothering with nudi's or anything else is just a waste of cash IMO. The tech m will do the job just fine, no doubt. It definitely takes a LOT of it, so buy it in bulk of a website for sure. I squirted the really bad spots directly with tech m, when I had bryo in my tank. It did the job pretty quickly, probably a few weeks. No ill effects on corals. Aside from a zoa colony that lost a lil color, but I was squirting them down directly. They regained the color just fine though. Good luck!

See though, that's why I worry. I'll have to do a zoa colony in 1 of the pics above, an orange monti cap, 2 lobos, the base of an acro frag and i'm pretty sure the skeleton of my elegance coral. It's allllll up in my zoa colony and real bad on 1 of the lobos and the monti cap has a lot of red mushrooms growing on it's rock.

Don't directly dose on any of the corals. Remove by hand all of the algae you can before dosing and while you are maintaining the level. Skim wet to remove as much of the dead algae as possible. Increased water change volume and/or frequency may help. Don't worry about the corals losing color they will regain it.

This is a challenge here. If you were to google lettuce leaf nudibranch, you'll see all sorts of hits related to this hobby. Here's the problem, they aren't nudibranchs. Nudibranchs are carnivores. The Sacoglossans are algae eaters and therefore, are NOT nudibranchs. Sea hares are also a Sacoglossan.

One time I got a shipment in that LOOKED LIKE lettuce sacoglossans.....they lacked rhinophores though and wouldn't touch algae....OF ANY TYPE.

That's interesting, because the ones I had never ate algae of any type.

That's exactly what I did was google it. I know for sure I've tried 1 sea hare. I can't remember for the life of me what it was but it was black with blue spots or stripes. Idk. I am willing to try again but in this particular case I'm not even sure it lived a day. I tested and had my water tested by the LFS prior to bringing it home, and they said it was fine, I can't tell you what levels were though b/c it's been a long time. Do you have any tips/advice for keeping these guys alive? And what about after treatment and the bryopsis is gone?
