BTA died!

    I just got back from school and my dad said the bta died wednesday! Its my tank and now its friday! its been dead for a couple days now! everything is alive... What do i do?!? I took it out immediatly! What else :(

    Help!!! I am new at this!​

    lots of water changes and run some carbon to clean up the water,,i would do a couple gallons every day..depending on your tank size, at least a bunch of 1 gallon water changes a couple times a day..

    my friend had one get introduced to a powerhead and he had a 90 gallon and changed 5 gallons in the morning and 5 at night for like 4 days and ran carbon...just make sure your water is identical to the tanks water and you shouldnt have a problem doing lots of water changes, either way you gotta get the toxins out and its best to get it out as soon as possible..

    I recently went through this one died under a rock and didnt know it till my kole tang died :( So i did a 15gal water change in my 75gal like 4 days in a row now everything is fine.
