I have a choc chip starfish and learned (unfortunately) that it will eat almost anything that holds still long enough. Would a BTA be safe since it would sting? I'd like to get one and a clownfish as long as my choc chip would leave it alone.

No. The starfish will eventually eat the anemone.

my chocolate chip has yet to eat anything in my tank.. hes been in there since the beginning. They are supposed to be quite the predator though.
