Bubble algae- getting rid of

    Yes, it is very easy. Pull the bubble out with your fingers and throw in trash.... Really, it is that easy.... You will need to keep up with it, some may break, but they will break if you do nothing too. In 11 years, I've always had a few bubbles here and there, but it has never got worse than that, just a few bubbles here and there. Some people add crabs, but crabs are opportunists and IME potentially cause too many headaches of their own. If you keep on top of bubble algae and remove as soon as you see it, it really is quite easy to deal with manually. People who are afraid to remove, it
    seem to have the worst issues with it, as it without manual removal, it can eventually take over. Once it gets bad, it is much more difficult to deal with.

    If you can pull the rock, pull it, scrape it off and rinse it well under hot water! I did that recently with some success!

    Try scribbled rabbit fish or fox face. Worked great for me!
