Low to medium flow. I mean as long as the current is not blowing at the bubble to the point where you can see the skeleton. They do have a mouth and can be fed with silversides or krill or anything you want. They usually have their feeding tentacles out when the lights turn off, but I've seen someone feed their bubble during the day time and the bubble kept its feeding tentacles out all the time. They dont require feeding, you can if you want, as long as the lights are sufficient for it.

If you have clownfish that dont host anything yet and they decide to host the bubble, be careful because they can be really aggressive toward the bubble. It can damage the bubble and just bother it until it no longer opens. I had a maroon do this to one of my bubbles. Good luck with yours!

i got a bubble that half of the tentacles is out during the day and i feed it brine and mysis shrimp during this time... i temporarily turn off the wavemaker so they take in all the food.. and be careful with some of your fishes... coz i got a wrasse and mimic tang that it picks on the bubble while im feeding it...
    good lck on yours!

Thats why they let the clown host them. (Protection).

Heres a pic of my old bubble coral... I fed it once every 2 weeks or so with Krill.. and in time grew to the size of a softball in 6-7 months... When i first got it, it was unhealthy and only had maybe 6 bubbles. in the pic theres a full grown fire fish at like 2.5 inch to give some sizr comparrision... Like the fire fish is a monster of fish... hahaha..

got mine high up under T5's and it's doing great. It's takes food pretty readily (usually raw shrimp or fish in my case) after lights out and the bubbles go away and the tentacles come out. It grows every time I feed it it seems like!

I've fed it tiny food and food about the size of a frozen cube and it takes the entire of either... I feed mine probably monthly. No strict schedule really.

Just don't let it get directly attacked by a power head and it'll be fine.

I really like mine, it came in as a freeb with an order I placed..
Mysis shrimp, and raw shrimp. I cut up.. Eats like a Pig.. And growing nicely..
Low flow for sure.. I have mine on the bottom.. Be very careful, if you handle it..

    Good Luck, Larry
