    i need help, my bta's are not there normal selves. there closed and not as alive looking, but i did put them in a new tank, could it be the change? or the lighting? its not that good of lighting

    Sounds like it could be a combination of all that you mentioned.

    New tank and bad lighting are most likely your problem.

    The anemones could be stressed beyond saving. I would suggest getting completely through the cycle before adding anything else. I'm assuming you aren't cycled cause you said you added them to a new tank. If it's the case, while cycling, start planning equipment you will need. Start thnking ideally what you will want and buy the appropriate equipment.

    some stock 15 watt lights, 2 of them and a 9 watt clamp on, im pretty sure its nowhere near enough?

    DEFFINATELY not, and as mission mentioned, how long has this tank been established?

    How about some more info on your tank? Size, stage(how long has it been running), other equipment etc...... We can help you get on the right track to successfully keeping a healthy tank. And that is definitely not the correct lighting.

    i had everything in a 29 gallon biocube for months, but recently switched about a week ago into a 48 gallon corner tank. today im suppossed to be getting my new lighting Aqualight Advanced Series HQI Metal Halide Fixture
    of 150 watts, would that do the trick?
