Yup, looks like diatoms to me. I would watch the fuzzy dwarf though, I'm assuming you mean that it is a fuzzy dwarf lionfish. He will make lunch out of your tomato clown and wrasse when it gets older. Even though it's a dwarf, it will grow to 30cm or more, much larger than a tomato or wrasse. What type of water flow do you have in your tank? How many and what type of powerheads do you have to move the water inside the tank itself?
