The tank looks awesome. Do the pumps vibrate? I've heard of MP40's making a vibrating sound if they are used on glass/acrylic that is thicker than recommended.

I have a 45 gallon cube that I want to plumb into the system as a sole refugium for pods and macro algae , in addition to the 39 gal sump w/live rock.
do you think this would be overkill?
2nd I was thinking of feeding water to it by running a mj 1200 in my sump feeding it up to an extra Aquac remora hob skimmer which would drain into the 45 fuge, which would then gravity drain through a 1" drilled strainer and line feeding back into the DT, as to feed copepods continously.

So would the hob skimmer provide enough circulated water to properly filter from the tank? Or maybe I need abit larger pump, or exclude the skimmer altogether and just run a 2nd drilled hole for a higher gph pump. My only thought with the aquac was to get a little more skimming and easy setup to get water into the fuge from the sump.
