Realisticly, bulkhead wrenches should be stocked next to the solar powered flashlights and ID-10T Forms. :) Just use some channel locks or use a rag to get a good grip and make it snug.;)

I set up a 120 about 9 months ago. The drains leaked. It wasn't until I bought new bulkheads and hand tightened them that they truly stopped leaking. The culprit? I tightened them with a bulkhead wrench first and then channel locks. Hand-tighten plus 1/4 turn. To get them off, use channel locks. The ones I had have slots in the nut so you can take them off with a screwdriver and hammer. Put the screwdriver in the slot and gently tap it to loosen it.
