Bulk Reef Supply Magnesium Not Mixing In

so i just made up another bottle of Mag supplement from bulk reef supply. There is still some mag crystals at the bottom of the jug and its been sitting for two days. Ive been picking it up and swishing it around every once in a while. Can i still use this to dose? How do i make them dissolve?

 

I have had a similar problem. Heres how I solved it. I filled my gallon jug half way. Added the correct ammount of mag sulfate and chloride then shook it really well. I then added more water but not all the way to the top and shook it again.The next day I shook it one more time and topped it off. A small ammount of crystals will not harm anything and as I am using it I continually shake it up. It eventually dissolves.

 

I mix my mag in a 1/2 gallon drink container with a large mouth with a whisk and then pour it into the 1 gallon jug. I get all mixed in or sometimes a tiny amount that does not mix in. You can also warm the water to about 100 degrees to help it dissolve.

 

Mix, mix, mix, mix...

I've found the same thing, but shaking the jug for a few minutes continuously seems to do the trick. The tiny bits left dissolve in a day or so for me.

 

Just keep mixing it. i followed the directions on their website and it still took a few days to mix all the way.
