bulkhead, quick question

    i cant remember but say i have a 1" bulkhead, do i drill a 1" hole in the tank or slightly bigger of a hole?

    It depends on the brand and schedule bulkhead but they are all larger than 1" since 1" is the inside diameter of the bulkhead and outside diameter of the pipe. I would buy the bulkheads first then get the diamond hole saw to match. Some places like Glass Holes sell them together.
