    I run a bullet-2...i would just mess with the red knob until you find the right water level where it is pulling mad skimate

    Ok, so I cleaned out the injector, cleaned out the riser tubes. The skimmer is now foaming like this:

    I think this is how it should work but I am not sure.

    I have just set up a Bullet 1 yesterday it still is up and down a bit, will see how it goes this week .
    But what I understand is that like tangster said just over the mixing box is the norm.
    oh and the collection cup is a nice addition it shuts down the skimmer when its full
    = no mess
