Busted!

My bother in law gave me a nice stand for my thirty gal. biocube.( he screwed up his tank with some diy stuff) anyway I emptied half the water out and my husband decided to move the tank! (I was empting the bucket) The tank shattered!!!!! MY husband was not hurt (not by the tank anyway) and I saved my pj cardnials-threw them in the 180.(Ill never get them out) I was discussing this with my lfs guy and he thinks I can remove the glass and replace it with the glass form my brother in laws tank. I think I can easily do this but a piece of plastic around the top is cracked. My husband doesn't think it bears the weight of the glass, but he didn't think he would shatter my tank either. Does any one else know?

 

Not sure about biocubes, most other tanks would be OK tho.
