I bought the typhoon 3 today. I called them with questions and they had answers, great people, great company, they had it in the mail the same day I ordered it. This is turning out to be a expensive hobby. lol I hope it lasts a lifetime.

    RO unit

I just bought an RO unit and it's the best thing I've donr to my tank yet. My tapwater is from a well that I obviously can't use for my reef tank. I did the water deal @ the local stores. MY tank displaces over a gallon a day. It started to get old and expensive. Distilled water is the better one though. I paid 150 for the unit at a fish store (not PETCO). You can find them on-line if you don't have a good store in your area. I'm actually bottling some water right now.
