Is the CA reactor being fed by Gravity? if so attach a small power head to the feed line to help increase the pressure. It's also possible the lines have become clogged

I have never had any problems with Bristle worms. if their population is exploding then there must be a food source.

As Jason mentioned on the bristle worms.
OVER FEEDING=hence food source , your most likely feeding your fish way to much and bristle worms can soon multiply fairly quickly in any tank.

Also a little bit of a cleaner crew for the bottom of the tank doe's well ,such as some red leg crabs/blue leg/ some snail's/ etc.

I'd rather see them get it than have the bristle worms have it all, they are scavengers and will eat almost any thing fish foods/waste/etc. to surrvive.

And controlling your feeding habbits to the fish will have to be rethought a little here i should think.

    :-/

    Th x for your input!

It seems to me that Coralife now owned by Oceanic, should provide their customers with some support, champion lighting the actual source distribuitor also suggested using a small pump, if the drippig rate shoulb be in the 30-60 drops PER MINUTE!!! the small pump will be "too much", ????.

Overfeeding can very well be a contributor, however this is and actual crisis I am currently using traps with very slow progress, I read about this chemical solution but they caution me about the possibility of poisoning due to harmful substances expelled by the death worms. They suggest immediate siphoning the death worms. you should see some of this monsters!!!!!

Are the Bristle worms damaging or killing things?

A small pump MJ 400 is what I use. It works very well. My drip rate is significantly hight that 30dpm but the pressure in the CA reactor is a little higher that's all
