Calcium test kit???

So I am looking at buying a calcium test kit....Which one is the best? My good friend has a pinpoint and i know those are real good I just dont feel like paying 200-250$$....are there any other good calcium test kits that are semi cheap????I always use his pinpoint but I finally want to get my own so I dont have to use his anymore???

I like the Tropic Marin combined Calcium and Magnesium test kit, being combined ( 2 stage test) its very convenient

The "best" test kits are debatable, but Elos are known by many to be the most accurate and highest quality. I believe a Ca test kit is around $30.

 

Just to clarify, are you looking for a cheap test kit or a probe like the pinpoint your friend has?

The kits are liquid chemicals and get used up over time so you have to buy new test kits every so often. The probe has a higher initial cost but lower upkeep cost (depending how much you test).
