    Hi Mike

I used to have a load of Calerpa the fern type in my FOWLR, which also had a few blue legged hermits in, and I never noticed them eating that to be honest

I did have a sailfin in there at one time also but it only ever ate the very new green leaves and ignored the older dark green ones

my velvet damsel loves calerpura(grape/feather). but, its a very aggresive fish(mean as a snake)and enjoys bullying new comers that are smaller than it.
also it enjoys making sand storms with its tail(looking for food). i feed it what i pull out of fuge.

A foxface rabbitfish will just devour it. From experience I have seen my bi color rabbit clean a 90 gallon tank in two days, from a major outbreak to nothing.

Amphipods crawl on mine in the fuge, but I've never seen them eat it. My hermits don't eat it either.

i have a fox face rabbit fish and it destroys the stuff i had an intank fuge with caulpera growing in it and it was coming out the holes. I added in a foxface to take care of GHA in the tank and the next day all the caulpera was gone that was growing out of the fuge. ( it also ate the GHA)
