So, I guess I will sit here with an Ice Pack and feed my fish as much as I see fit without raising nitrates... ;D

Take care of the neck, sorry to hear. I left work early with back spasms. Must be something in the weather out here.

My back killed me all last week. Two Sundays ago at the shop, I carried a HUGE aquarium. No biggie. My knee gave out and I fell really weird. No biggie. Sunday night I was laying in bed watching TV and had a single hard sneeze. THAT WAS A BIGGIE!!!! I pulled a muscle or something in my lower back that caused serious pain, spasms (and general crabbiness). LOL From a sneeze!!! Sheesh!

I have had something like that happen to me on many occasions except in my shoulder to elbow area...my wife always makes fun of me for it but it hurts so bad and I don't think she gets it lol

I have a heck of a pain tolerance. I've done stitches (even deep-wound stitches) on myself on more than one occasion. I've even received praise from actual doctors on the job I did. Let her know that someone else will assure her that a sneeze can make someone hurt BAD.

Ugh...got shivers just reading that. I had a doctor jab a needle into the tip of my finger when I sliced it off with a broken plate and the only thing that bothers me is watching the needle go in. I can't do it lol. The feeling doesn't bother me at all, its just the sight of it penetrating skin that does lol.
