just out of curiosity, why would you go to a reefing forum and announce that there's good info on another site when this forum is set up for just that??

 

Looking elsewhere for things that are right under our noses

is something I have been guilty of in the past

a simple case of over looking , thats all it was IMO

Just tryin to be helpful. Didn't mean to try and take any glory away from 3reef. This place is awesome, and one of the reasons for this is that everybody helps everyone out!

On that site they gave a little description of what everything was (especially lights), with a picture. You could look at the different options when buying bulbs and see how much they run. Just a little quick reference guide for new people who don't know what anything is..haha...like me.. Yes, this site is trying to sell things, but who cares? Alot of people have sent messages to me with links to other places...Again, was just tryin to help..

 

i have no cable at my house n netflix takes forever beween sending my new movies so i've spent a lot of time online and have yet to find a sw site better than this one, i gave up looking elsewhere. If you do enough research through the posts and use a lil common sense putting the loads of info together the way it works for you, you can figure anything out. Nowhere else can you put up a post and get an intelligent, experienced answer this quickly

I've tried a few other forum before I "found" 3reef..this is by far the best, funnest, and most informative out there. People answer questions quickly, that's what I like!

 

Don't worry about it dude. ette. IMO, information is information. Biased or non-biased. You go through it, weed out the garbage, take into account everything involved and go with the flow. I have found awesome info on other sites. Doesn't mean it's not valid. Just on another site. This one is by far my favorite as well. The only one I post on now. And I don't link to other forums directly, but I routinely link retail sites. Every day. Nothing wrong with it......
