    Hello all...well i am looking at some all-in-one lenses for my D50 camera...one got my eye the Nikon AF-S Nikkor 18 - 200 mm f/3.5-5.6G DX ED VR...this is apparently one of the nicest lenses around...my question is...is it worth me buying all these $$ lenses with my D50...i mean they pics look good and i am getting work selling pics...but if im going to go and buy a $700 lense for a $600 camera body...well i just dont know if im going to get my moneys worth from the body...im not sure about the lense yet...ima gona have 2 sell some more pics first lol...but well if anyone knows :)

    It's not unusual for a lens to cost more than a body. Plus you will be able to upgrade your body and use the same lenses. Of course if you go with Nikon

    Ya...basically i am looking at this lense as an all-in-one lense that i can use when im not using the macro and fisheye...for those 2, they are great for what i use them for...but right now i dont really have a good camera for just regular shooting.
