SN400 sulfur nitrate reactor update (DAY3):
    Tank nitrates: ~ 2 mg/ml
    Reactor : ~ 0 mg/ml
    Effluent pH : ~ 8.0
    Flow : 1 drop/sec (around 0.2 gph)

    I'm very happy! :)

    Conclusion : Significant reduction of NO3- (from 12.5 mg/ml to 2 mg/ml) over period of 3 DAYS!

I really like the skimmer set-up. I am setting up a 14 gallon bio-cube and have been trying to figure out skimmer options.

Ahhh! Ok! Yes, but first I need to clean up all the cable-mess around my tank :) Moreover, my Yellow Turbiaria reniformis is still adjusting to my lights and doesn't look good :/ As, usual stay tuned :) More photos are on their way!

SN400 sulfur nitrate reactor update (DAY4):
    Tank nitrates: ~ 6 mg/ml
    Reactor : ~ 2 mg/ml
    Effluent pH : ~ 8.1
    Flow : 1 drop/sec (around 0.2 gph)

Hmm! Nitrates went up! I have to figure out why ?! It's a high time to ask my "better half" if she fed our fish with something "else" :/

    Thanks!

SN400 sulfur nitrate reactor update (DAY5):
    Tank nitrates: ~ 8 mg/ml
    Reactor : ~ 4 mg/ml
    Effluent pH : ~ 8.0
    Flow : 1 drop/sec (around 0.2 gph)

It seems nitrate reactor is working, however 5 DAYS period is to short to get a full denitrification performance.
