My parents just ordered a Reef Radiance dm-155e as an early birthday present :D I was going to get a used Sol Blue, but I figured that the Reef Radiance fixture would have a fuller spectrum.

My day consisted of nothing but putting plumbing together, fixing leaks, adjusting the overflow and return about a hundred times, cutting plumbing, replacing pieces of plumbing that I cut too short, gluing, screwing pieces together with teflon tape, and just trying not to have a break down :p I'm starting to think that my return pump is running a bit faster than my overflow is bringing water down to the sump, but I may just be going crazy. We'll see :D I'm leak testing now.

So it looks like my fears have been confirmed. I'm pretty sure the overflow isn't as fast as my return pump. The water level in the DT is slowly getting higher than it should be, and my sump is slowly losing water. Any ideas? I drilled as many holes into the standpipe as I could beforehand, so there's no way to get any more holes in it.

I took off the stockman portion of the standpipe and everything seems fine. I prefer noise and no tank overflow over no noise and a tank overflow any day :D

Thanks! I love the dimensions. So much room to aquascape, and more swimming room as well :) I can't wait to have it fully operational.
