looking really nice Cam! I'm thinking the gorgonian may look better going up. Just a thought. I figured you would have at least a phone cam :) Thanks for posting!

    Thanks! That's the goal 8)

Thanks, OFK! It literally took me a half hour just to find a spot where the Gorgonian wouldn't fall over. I even tried epoxy and it wouldn't stick to the base, so I just wedged the base in a little crevice :p It seems to like the spot it's in, since it's getting a nice amount of flow and seems to open up quite nicely, but we'll see :)

Wow dude! I love the simplicity of the scape! Off to a great start! That brain is killer as well! Keep up the good work man. :)

Thanks for the kind words, Norg! I am much happier with this scape than the first one I created. And I saw the Brain at MACNA and knew I had to have it :D

    Royal Gramma :(

So I went to feed my Royal Gramma last night and couldn't find him anywhere. After searching for about 15 minutes, I found him hiding in the rocks. Today I couldn't find him in the rocks, so I looked around the tank, hoping he hadn't jumped. I then saw him floating at the top on the overflow :( I have no idea what could have happened, as he was eating fine and was very active two days ago, and all of my parameters are in check. None of my corals seem to be affected.

you know sometimes fish die and there doesn't appear to be a clear, identifiable (sp) reason. I think sometimes fish succumb to the stresses of being moved and trying to adapt to various conditions. I'm sorry about your loss Cam.

In sorry Cam. Losing fish just sucks, and OFK is absolutely correct. Sometimes we just never know why. I had a friend here locally who is an accomplished aquarist, and he just lost a black cap basslet in similar circumstances. Keep your chin up!
