With Aiptasia-X, you just fill the syringe with the solution, VERY slowly release the solution as you approach it (apparently they think it is food and actually reach out for it), get right up to its mouth and coat its entire mouth and as much of the rest of it as you can. I have used it on the only two I found in my tank, and took care of both of them :)

Yes, and 2 tips! One is straight, and one is at a 90 degree angle. Very easy to use, and the bottle will last forever unless you have a ton. Just go very slow, as it will go everywhere in your tank. And fish will actually eat it if they can, but apparently it is perfectly safe for them.

Thanks again! I don't have any fish in the system, but I'll keep that in mind in the future :)

So I just called a glass shop in my area to see how much a 25"x16"x10" tank with regular glass would be without them building it for me. $283!!!! I guess I'll keep looking for more glass shops.

That was also with 3/8" thick glass.

Another place wants $246. Should it be this much?

Could I use thinner glass than 3/8", or would it be unsafe?

    Here's my quote from glasscages:

This is basically what I wanted to build:

I just don't feel like spending that much money on a 17 gallon tank :-/

Glass is expensive. I got 3/8 inch glass for the baffels in my sump and it was 46 bucks

I found a place that would sell the glass for ~$80, but it doesn't include the edges being polished, from what I can tell. That's still a lot, though :-/
