Now you're worrying me. What's wrong with my post? The ammonia's not affecting anything right now. Is the Torch Coral not supposed to be white?

Here are a few pics of the Torch

Alex is trying to hint at the fact that Ammonia is bad and nothing should ever be added when ammonia can be detected. Basically Ammonia = Death

+1ammonia is bad. And adding livestock when there is ammonia present can potentially add more ammonia...

I like your torch coral Cam. I think those are really neat corals.

Well my LFS told me that as long as I don't add any fish or inverts, then I should be fine :/

I'm also going to do another water change tomorrow.

Also, it's normal for the Torch to be white, right?

Corals are inverts and no your torch shouldn't be white. Your torch should either be green, yellow, purple or some variation.

*facepalm* How did I not remember that?

And the Torch was white when I bought it. It has some light green tips as well as some light yellow tips. What's going on with it? Is it bleaching? Can it be saved?

Please don't tell me that I just wasted my money

I called my LFS about it and talked to a different person that the one who sold it to me. He said that it's a white Torch Coral, and it's supposed to be white

I'm confused as to what to think right now :(
