Yup, very busy. And thanks! I also didn't have any power tools at the time, so I put it all together with a screwdriver  I'll go over it again with a drill, though. And I think I'll do the 40 breeder. That is, if my parents let me :p

Sorry for the delay. I've just been really stressed lately.

So since I didn't have the money, I decided to keep my 29 gallon and move it to the new stand. I was planning on finishing the stand and transferring everything over the weekend, as well as returning the Urchin since it wasn't doing its job. My Urchin then decided to die and take out almost all of my corals with it, including the Cyphastrea and the Purple Urkle Chalice :furious3: My levels were all fine, so I don't know what happened. I've done a few water changes and removed the Urchin. Then the elbow on a part of my RO DI unit broke, so i need to order a replacement piece. I'm just frustrated right now.

I also think I need to sell the Kessil for some more money to fix the tank and get the rest of my supplies :-/

Cam!!! So glad to see you back! I've noticed you haven't been around lately. Was hoping everything was well - I was thinking you were busy with school and stuff. So sorry to hear about your losses especially the purple urkle :(

What do you need to do to fix the tank? or, at least what are your plans for it? Do you have some corals left still?

I was VERY busy with school. I was doing the necessary steps to keep my tank running (water changes, top offs, feeding, param checks, etc.), but I haven't added anything lately.

I need to buy the parts for the transfer (plywood, more 2x4's, hinges, 20 gallon sump, 10 gallon fw reservoir, ATO system, more test kits, etc.). I planned on moving the 29 gallon to the new stand and adding the sump and ATO. My survivors are some Mushrooms, a few Zoas, my Green Torch coral, two Maxi Minis, and my Chromis.

I'm not sure if I can get the 40B ATM, so I may just keep the 29 and move it to the new stand.

Just take it slow Cam,plan what you would really want in the end and think it out.If doing the 40b is what you want just slow down and figure it out, maybe discuss your plan with your parents, they may be willing to help since you obviously are willing to work at it.

I like my 29 a lot, though, so I wouldn't mind just sticking with that :) If I'm able to sell the Kessil, I'd definitely have enough to finish the system. If I were to set up a 40B, I'd probably set it up as a separate system, but that will be a long time from now. I just don't want to make things too complicated right now.
