Could always do a cold water reef. No need for a chiller, just stick it in the fridge. 8)

Sorry, I didn't see that question at first. The house temperature is at about 75 degrees, then the light brings it up about a degree or two, so it's at about 76-77 degrees.

Out of curiosity, what corals/inverts live in cooler waters (60-75 degrees)?

I know that some people have the water flow through a fridge to keep the tank cool, but there is NO WAY that I'm going to buy a fridge for this tiny thing

Maybe if I put some ice cubes in the tank 2 times a day? Those could also be my top offs :D

Thanks :) I've been on the site before, but I forgot the name.

I wonder if one of my LFS's could get some coldwater stuff in? I just don't want to spend a bunch on shipping :-/

I might actually keep it a tropical tank, because I don't have a way to keep it cool when I go on vacation.

Edit: What are some cool and unusual looking corals that I could keep in the tank?
